January, February, and December are generally the coldest months. During March, April, & May, the temperatures rise rapidly. The warmest months are June, July, & August. You can expect the temperature to be about 30 degrees in July.
In the Prague region, summers are warm and occasionally showery and winters are snowy with changeable conditions. A typical day in Prague from June to August sees the mercury range from 12 degrees to 22 degrees. In general, May and September enjoy the most pleasant weather.
The most picturesque historical towns are Prague, Litomerice, Cesky, Krumlov, Kutna Hora, Tabor & Telc. It is also worth it to see the Karlstejn Castle and the Konopiste Chateau.
