A trip to Bulgaria should also include a couple of nights in Sofia the capital for general sight-seeing and playing another round or two from the 2 quality golf courses in the surrounding area. Because of the growing interest in Bulgaria as a golf destination and yet relatively fewer golf courses, it is advisable to book well in advance especially during the peak season, to avoid disappointment.
