There are many who would argue that the Cornelia course designed by Sir Nick Faldo is the best golf course in Turkey. While this debate may continue, one thing is certain - this golf course cannot be missed out on a golf vacation to Belek, Turkey. The terrain on which the course is set is widely regarded amongst the best one can find - and Sir Nick Faldo concurred when he started work on the undulating and naturally sandy Belek terrain covered with pine trees. The course requires you to bring out the best and given the way it meanders, being able to shape your shots is important, if you are looking to score well. There has been some criticism of the greens in the near past, especially in comparison with the ones in Montgomerie and Sultan, but overall, the course is top rate. And not to forget the exceptional entrance lobby, the locker rooms and the outstanding bar with terrace - and of course the David Leadbetter academy.
