Red Mountain Golf Club
Many consider this dramatic layout measuring 6900 yards and designed by Jon Morrow and Al Tikkanen the most challenging and the best in Thailand. The natural terrain with dramatic elevation changes with cliffs, valleys and ravines surrounded by forest is integral to the design, apart from the remnants of the tin mine that used to be here. It’s a blessing to play here and with the length, the course can be enjoyed by golfers of all ability.
Blue Canyon Country Club, Lake Course
7129 yards from the Championship tees, it has been designed by Yoshikazu Kato, the same person who designed the Canyon Course. Like the canyon course, the design of the lakes course makes good use of the natural settings to create a memorable golfing environment. What makes it interesting is that while the fairways are wide, water is in play on 17 of the 18 holes, whereas the greens are undulating and fast.
Loch Palm Golf Club
The sister course of the Red Mountain Golf Club, this is one of the easier courses to play on, even as it is set in a beautiful location in the Katu district a short drive away from Patong. The course plays 6555 yards, with the unique feature being a large lake along with a smaller one around which most of the holes play. The recent upgrades and renovations in the course have brought it up to the standard, expected from a golf holiday.
Laguna Phuket Golf Club
Part of the extensive Laguna property, the recent renovations and design changes led by Max Wexler and David Abell have made this course an exciting risk-reward equation to play on. The setting with views of the Andaman Sea at a property with multiple stay, entertainment and recreation options makes this a natural course to play on, while you enjoy your time off with the family.
Phuket Country Club
PHUKET COUNTRY CLUB established in 1989, is the first and one of the finest golf courses with 18 holes in Phuket island. Conveniently located between Phuket Town and Patong beach, twisting through a valley of rolling hills and limestone cliffs.. The stunning beauty and elegance of the course, together with the typical Thai charm and hospitality will make your golfing here a joyful & memorable occasion.
