The Arnold Palmer designed Zhailjau Golf Course in Almaty is the current host of the Kazakhstan Open. Just like Nurtau Golf Course, this golf course is blessed abundantly by nature and may even rate a little higher. A round of golf at the Zhailjau Golf Resort is an incredible walk with breathtaking scenery made up by mountains and forest. The golf course offers a fair degree of challenge just as any design of Arnold Palmer. It is no wonder then that it hosts the Kazakhstan Open, a regular feature on the European Challenge Tour. Zhailjau Golf Resort is definitely the best golf course in Almaty.
